It was more common before however since the civil war everyone got armed. And those communities were able to defend themself from the skinny somali. But many minorites still live in a slave like conditions, this is the reasons Somalia will take ages to find peace because of the widespread injustice still goes on.


Btw Costa cant be 25. No way thats his real age.

Thank you for the reply substance, I recently watched a programme on modern slavery and wondered whether it existed in our lands. So the minorities (who are they?) are subjugated by the more powerful and larger clans :?:

Costa is 25yrs younger than mouriniho and looks ten years older :shock: :lol:

I don't know about slavery but smaller minorities live in harsh conditions back home, regardless of the obstacles they work hard to provide for their families.
"Cuqdud" has driven most minorities out of the country..

The minorities could be from the dhibic 5 group :? not sure

Agree. :up: I don't think slavery is something somalis dabble in to be honest.

Slavery was rampant in southern Somalia once upon a time.there were even great slave rebellions and jamacats led by sheikh nassib bundo and others.i am baasto the descendants of slaves are still treated like shyte unit
