sxb there are things that you should understand wich is out of this govts control, example she can't kick out the northern representatives in the govt, this is why nick kay is there as coordinator bc the world knows that no group can really represent the somali people till 2016

Perhaps you should open other threads were we create about such topics. The role of government is many things and communication/postal service is one of them. And yes they do prioritise with education, health and security. Matter of fact more than 10,000 Somali students attend free education and many state schools in the capital have been restored and by 2016 the government goal is to bring 1 million students back to school for free. (See go 2 school initiative). As things improve it allow the government to expand into the whole nation.
