The other administrations (excluding Jubaland) were seen as not being focused on economic development and as too corrupt.

Puntland is confused somehow they want to stay as federal state of somalia at the other hand they are more attracted to somaliland's de facto style. I think puntland people needs referendum to decide their future destiny.

This conference is organized by the AU and the UN, ethiopia only hosts

Its not possible for the AU and the UN to invite a regional president in case you think ethiopia can act undiplomatically

I said to you gaas as an ex pm doesn't like to act as a regional prez received by duputy mayors, this is his personality so since he and the govt are great together and that he can't act such big roles in pls name they let him play such roles within their diplomacy
