Khalid I did not know that Ethiopia could keep promise to such extent. I thought that only Somaliland keeps the promise to forbid Ethiopian rebels from its terrotory, but Ethiopia has also proved that it cannot accept Somaliland rebels come its country. Mogadishu does not want to host him because he used to bad mouth president Hassan and was a bitter opponent of the peace and progress in Mogadishu before his self inauguration as Khatumo president. On the other hand, Mogadishu does not want to destroy the peace talks with Somaliland so that it wont recognise his Khatumo adminstration.

Ethiopia and somaliland share a long border and have close security cooperation in the region and sl will not harbor anti ethiopian elements and ethiopia willl not harbor anti somaliland elements in their country. Somaliland ethiopia relations are one of the closest in the region between the countries.
