Small business ideas?

What kind of small business do you think should a young Somali man start, particularly a place where the Somali population is expanding?

Staffing agencies are a lucrative business to start these days, let says you got a contract with a manufacturing company who's willing to pay your employees $15 an hour, and your agency's due diligence is to train, provide background checks, drug screening and get them ready for the manufacturers distribution center. lets say your agency retains $4 of each employees' hourly pay. In other words your paying your employees $11 an hour. With only 30 employees as your starting base, your looking at $4*8=$32 per employee for 8 hours of work conducted. Now that's $32*30 (employees)=$960 per day collectively without overtime pay, your looking at an operating profit of $4800 per week, now times that per month your looking at $19,200. With that same projection for an entire year, your looking at $230,400 first year profit +/- paying off assets, expenses etc.... finding the right employees can be challenging, give or take a few no call no shows, call offs, late arrivals, and early departures throughout the year, your looking at a roughly $180,000 to $200,000 as max earnings for company profit. This is simply without adding overtime pay, double time and half, holiday pay, and last but not least the employers you signed contracts with pay your agency a very high price for your services, now add this to your list of profit which can push your earnings higher then what I projected.

Within five years or so, and several contract deals under your belt and an increased employee base, you'll be living the good life in no time.
