The Mahdi opposed all foreign troops. He knew the dangers of having foreign forces on our territory. In 1992, the foreign Un troops were welcomed by the same groups who welcomed AMISOM in 2004: Jebertis, Lackey Hutus,

Is that why he went to Addis Abba in 1989 and got armed ?
