I always second guess myself when I am leaving the house, I always have to think if I really locked the door, then I have to go back and check if I locked it, then I twist the doorknob 3 times. Same with my car, I have to turn on the alarm several times.

I went to pick my friend up from the airport, while I was driving on the freeway I was thinking if I locked my door or not.

Do you have an OCD? what are they?

I have those problems too. I mean whenever I get out of my car I make sure twice the doors are locked like wth I can't help it. Same thing when I'm leaving home I always double check the door lock. Their were times I used to walk to school and I was the last person to leave the house, I had to lock the door and I did so but I'd come back after I walk a bit thinking I didn't lock the door lol Walahi it's frustrating. I mean I know I locked it but it's just the mind games inside my head that fools me. I'm much better now tho I don't do those that much anymore Alhamdulilah.

You are telling me that you are very responsible person. That is good for you. The other thing that causes the brain is that you may had more idle time on your left lobe. Laziness also causes that problem. Read atleast 20 minutes a day. It will go away if you are more active.

You are just an extra careful young lady..That is all..as a matter of fact it is a great quality. You don't want to be a careless person...

I'm like that with cleaning. I have to clean every single spot, on top of the fridge, doors, walls, you name it. I have to go back and clean everything twice as well because I feel I haven't cleaned it enough. It's very frustrating because by the time I'm done I have a backache and I get angry and shout at anyone who messes anything up and it get's to the point that I cry when they do so. Everyone in the house tries to avoid asking me to clean now lol.

Glad to know I'm not alone on this.
