Seriously shouldn't Hargeisa's roads be the main priority? There is potholes everywhere and the is no drainage so the streets flood every time it rains.A few million dollars isn't going to be enough to build a longlasting viable road to ceerigaabo.

Not really we can finish withing 10 years if we do some cuts of our defence and government propaganda budget, and increase our road development budget. by the end of 2015 all Somaliland ministries will have their brand new headquarters, so we wont spend much on office buildings after 2015. We can save 50 million for the roads only. we must also put atleast half of SDF (Somaliland development fund) money on roads and bridges.
here is the list of Roads we are building now or completed.
kalabaydh to borama DONE !
Kalabaydh to wajale DONE !
salahlay to hargeisa almost done

hargeisa to north coast almost done
hargeisa to baligubadle under construction
Burao to odweyne under construction
east sahil to berbera under construction
Erigabo to togdher DONE ! in 3 years

Somali men fall into two categories. The first category, which is about 1% of Somali society, is made up of men who show courage, vision and will power to swim against the tide to make the impossible seem possible.
The second group, consisting of about 99%, are those that follow their every step shouting "lier", "tuug", "you will never accomplish anything". These I like to call b*tch Niqqas!
Xirsi Xaji Xassan falls firmly within the first group, in 2012 he took the decision to bring under his command the failing Roads Development Agency which had not achieved anything in 7years. Just over two years later, what will be the longest road in Somaliland, is underway with over 30km almost complete. The minister announced today that they have over $10million dollars in the account with enough Tarmac for 166km all ready purchased.
On top of that this agency has outlined a detailed long term road network plan for Somaliland, with the aim of using it as master plan of development regardless of the government in power.
Hoobariska and many others like you fall in to the second category! Why? Because you have now plans, ideas, suggestions, vision or will to contribute other than running around after those trying to do shit and shouting abuse.

Like I said! Nothing to contribute but you "must be his tribe." That there is another key indicator of the second category of Somali''s i.e "bitch Niqqas", qabiil and reer is their strong point, they rely on this heavily and like to use it in their defence and to attack others.
He has an idea and a plan! You on the other hand what are you suggesting?
Ps I have never mentioned my qabiil! Because it's not as important to me as it is to you.

No man. People are just hating Hirsi and Silanyo because of their clan.
Yo don't hear people saying anything bad about Warancade, Bihi Yoonis or Samaale.
Hirsi is one of the most, if not the most hardworking politican I have see.
Sometimes I think the guy is a jin, one minute he is in baliguduble, then you would see him again in Sanaag, before you not it he is back in Hargeisa.
This guy does so much travelling it amazes me how those small legs keep up.

You keep proving my theory regarding your ilk (abusing those that try).
You mention a case study....... Most of these roads are already under construction, a lot of them are locally driving projects which are supported by the government and Xirsi such as Salaxley, Baligubadle, Dila, Oodweyne etc. The government has provided financial support to all these projects while also advancing new projects like Ceerigabo-Burco. The government has not only promised funds but has paid 8million dollars into the bank accounts of the roads development agency.
You have the right to criticise, but you need to have some substance! It's hard to have any substance when all you hear when he is speaks is his qabiil.
Ps Geel is a part of proud daqaan, using it as an insult just highlights your lack of schooling. If you know anything about Somaliland's economy then you would understand the importance of Geel for us.
