No layoffs happening in the Gulf countries?

Post by AbdiJohnson »

I want to know the situation in KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and the other oil producing countries in the Arab world. I know it just takes a few dollars for them to produce a barrel

The price drop hasnt started to affect them, but they have been using the previous economic downturn 2008 to start layoffs and cost cutting.
Thebiggest problem in the gulf countries is inflation and the rise of living costs.
Salaries have not been rising as fast as costs.
