^ Those prices for such apartments in Somalia's current economical state is ridiculous. Of course it's huge profit for the developers and investors, but for a nation that has been in civil war for almost 25 years and where almost all the basic infrastructures are non-existent, only a mad person will pay such money for an apartment in Xamar (which by the way you can buy an apartment with such money in a lot of developed cities in developed nations), well unless you work for the government & are making a killing.

war meesha waa meel waalan. My uncle from UK rents a house he got in Taleex for $1900 a month. He signed a contract for a year with a dude a year ago isla markii when the contract was signed. Nin kale begged my uncle to rent it to him for $2400. I dont know if things changed now It seems meesha lacag baa taal.

I'm iffy about buying any property in Somalia at the moment, let alone pay $300k. Unless you already own land or other property, keep your money in your pocket. Its costing us a fortune just to renovate my parents home in Madina now and I wish we never did.
