Samaale refused to accept the president's reshuffle and he decided to retire from the government of president silanyo completely ! .

the fact that Dr silanyo slaughtered the last gebiley poster boy will change the demographic of kulmiye power base. it seems the duopoly has ended. I believe kulmiye will loose the next elections very badly. I believe ucid is getting popular in gebiley region and will definitely get 3 times more votes than their previous results.

The Yuusuuf u are right on the money Samaale is gone and he is very angry right now he might join Wadani or Ucid. Samaale wanted to run for President in the next Elections and this cant happen now , Siilaanyo played him very hard right now he has no political leverage to run for president. Samaale wanted to Finance his Campaign when he was the Finance Minister. He had access to the state coffers. Its Amina weris who changed this swap not SIilaanyo Amina weris and Samsam go way back in Merry old England they have worked together in various Agencies. Reer Gabiley were very enthusiastic the past 3 years but it all went wrong when Boobe was fired ,Dr Bidaar was Fired General Jidhif was Fired for Killing Somaliland Enemies. The Hargeysa Sacad muse are indifferent aslong as the government is in Hargeysa it serves them The Ciidagalle were angered by the Garoonadi laga qaaday. The issue is not Siilaanyo or even his Clan this is not the problem But Siilaanyo has bad advisers he could have left the greatest legacy in Somaliland but his legacy is tarnished by useless powerful influential Ministers. in Somaliland u need 2 major clans and more that form an alliance to create a win. Now in 2015 the elections if they happen which i doubt but when they do the 3 Habars wil compete Jamaal ucid and the Habarawal and his alliance, Siilaanyo the Habarjeclo and his alliance , the HY ciiro and his alliance. I had the feeling that xirsi gaab was not very involved in the last reshuffle. it seemed aamina did it alone lool. I actually support our new female minister of finance and I was not expecting samale will get angry even reer gebiley did not mind since both ministers are gebilian. I realised that sheikh samale was somehow corrupted. why would some one get angry if he is transfered from finance to education if he was not misusing the public money. as you mentioned samale was using his financial power to defeat muuse biixi. but that did not work for him. SM clan leaders backed muj muuse. muuse has now kulmiye ownership and he will hold that office until he is running for presidency 2020. I dont believe samale has any chance to replace muuse no matter how powerful minister he is.


yes I agree each of the three habar will side one of the political parts. next campaign will be pure habar based for the first time in somaliland history. awdal and hawd and may be the pay as you go hartis will be the core decision makers. if they back the government kulmiye may win with very small number. we know that both bah ararsame and jibril yonis are fighting against the government so kulmiye votes in lasanod and borama cities are expected to be lower than expected.

The Yuusuuf the vast majority of the Sacad muse back Muuse Biixi but Muse chance would be this year , he will not get any support in 2020 from the Sacad muse u saw in 2014 how the youth in hargeysa rallied behind him. If Muse does not run before 2020 his political career is done. Samaale wanted to use his seat to gain more momentum and try to rule. Samaale chance is gone now, the Kulmiye seat will now be between Muse Biixi and Maxammad Biixi Yoonis. And Maxammad Biix Yonis popularity will only increase if he defeats the Walanweyns if not i am not sure. Awdal will not vote one way but on subclan level based on the vp position. oki so zamzam and Muse came from the same section. I though she is reer gebiley. I dont know SM sub branchs at all. btw muj muuse owns kulmiye and he wont leave any time soon, all silanyo orphans like xirsi and others will parade behind him because they have no any other aabo when silanyo retires

I agree samos will vote based on sub clan lines but the largest sub the jibril yonis wont vote for kulmiye sultan wabar is jibril yonis, ucid vice is jibril yonis too plus their tabasho and gocosho drama wont end any time soon. in sool only bah ararsame and jamac siyad used to vote . unfortunately the entire khaatumoseeg leadership are bah ararsame even other anti government figures like xaabsade are from them. bah ararsame turned 90° angle last year looool.

Meh another no body loses his post. What kinda wadaad would be involved in dirty Somali politics. I never really liked him. Good riddance
