Any family history of cudur/ill health? Does it make you scared?

In my family there's confirmed:

Diabetes
High blood pressure
High Cholesterol
Vitamin D Deficiency
Low iron stores

That's a pretty broad question. I think everyone here has a relative with some sort of disorder. Also, the Somali diet is very unhealthy.

High cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes and some allergies.
I haven't thought about it before but I need to watch I'm eating specially my sugar intake.

My dad has high blood pressure and my mum has low blood pressure. I am taking that to mean I have middle blood pressure Image

unfortunately me, been having issues since march last year. Relapsed few times but what doesn't kill u will only make u stronger.

Ilaahay anaka iyo waalidkeenaba ha cafiyo amiin.
Rambie i had to google that last thing: ilaahay ha idiin sahlo.

My dad's got the double whammy of diabetes & high blood pressure {which is a complication of diabetes}. There's risk of getting stroke, heart attack...high blood pressure is no joke :(
