Somali president calls Sisi the wrong name in Egypt investment conference

Our president participated in the Egypt investment summit. He was invited to speak in front of large audience including the president of Egypt. Instead of calling Abdul-Fatah he calls him Abdul-Aziz.



Also why on earth is he participating in such summit, what does the investment of Egypt got to do with Somalia? Is not like Somalia is rich enough to invest in Egypt.

However I personally think its clever he participated. Since there were thousands of investors and private companies present, he could have the time to meet them and encourage them to invest in Somalia.

No we are not Arabs but we are part of the Arab league. The summit had nothing to do with the Arab league, it was an Egyptian summit. The Egyptian government invited rich countries and companies to invest in their country. I don't see why Somalia should waste their time on such summit, however if we look at it in other picture, this summit could be an opportunity for the Somali president and his delegates to meet some of these investors and encourage them to invest in Somalia. So in a way, it is beneficial even though the summit has nothing to do with Somalia or the Arab league in general.
