apart from the silly clan bashing stuff this forum is infamous on, this xildhiban has said the utter truth, we need a political reform that reflects all citizens of Somaliland in equal share..!!, how come we complain about the 4.5 of zoomalia yet at the same time,we present a totally single clan dominated government .

just and fairness are the scale for good governance .

he is absolutely right kudos to the gentlemen. there is too much big govt, but ironically situated in only hargeisa, wajaale, gabaily, corridor.
