Hoobariska Warancade is the most outspoken Somaliland Minister ever i have never seen a person in the SL govt who Dislikes Walanweyns if he had the chance libaaxyadisa bu ku sii deyn laha. He is hard worker run ahaanti he has done well as interior minister.
