However we Somalis are predispose for some reason of diabetics, cholesterol, blood pressure, kidney failure, hepatitis b (especially reer Djibouti).

The early we know about our predispose condition the better and longer we should live!

Book an appointment with your GP today !
Ask for a full health MOT (it is free after all), Blood will be taken and you should have your result within a week.

If you have a specific problem they may send you for a test in 5 months

No the option is there for us to take it!
for a start you can go to any sexual health clinic (or something similar), where they will screen all the little sexual or related test.
For your GP, you just tell them because of your background (somalis and india sub continent) to check diabetic, cholesterol, blood pressure (you always get checked anyway) etc..

If there is a will there is a way (the bonus it is all free).

for 82KG somalis i had cholesterol of 6.1.
6 month later that came back 4.9 and 75KG.

When you know it, you can do something about it !!!

Can't emphasize this enough...check yourselves people. Stay on top of your shit. If you have health insurance/free healthcare, there are no excuses. This will not prolong your life by a second but it'll surely mitigate the silic/rafaad that comes from neglecting your caafimad...And yeah, A prostate exam too, if you're close to, in or past your 40th year
