The most shocking story I read this year is this one.. One year one day murder rule. It was practiced in American hospital. If doctors give bad medication to a patient. You will have one year and one day to bring a law suit. If that time passes, you can not sue that doctor.

My suprising is that I find out that even today some states still practice this rule. California is three year rule to bring a law suit but some other states never changed that rule.

In old days doctors had to get away all the patient they killed.

I just wake up and may need to go back to sleep.. Have you had this rule discuss it..

During the middle ages in England, if you committed a murder and remained at large for a year and a day....you couldn't be charged.

In today's Somalia it's five minutes.

Middle ages and mogadishu 2015 had no laws but this 2015, United states it is and odd to see some states using that rule.

the law makers, most of times are not bunch of emotionals and laws made for general populations and not case by case. of course there is exceptionals law often not included.

if you take out emotional out of case , you see more clearer. that is why not every one is capable of judging others.
