What a Justice? one year one day murder rule

When human being create the laws on their hand. It is a dangerous error of human being... Please I will share with you this case..
A person A hit person B with his car. Person A was drunk and had marijuana in his system. Person B the victim, Injured very badly and was take to hospital. He died in his 14 month later. Person A was charged with manslaughter after the victim died. The defendant claimed one-year and one day murder rule. After that time you can not be charged as murder. He get away with that murder.

He didn't get away with murder coz it wasn't murder to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!human being do make their on laws but I'm not too sure about "human being create the laws on their hand"
Where are the angry and developmental community (LHQ Agent xildiid, cherine and bella)

How did they write laws.?On their $$###... The
word hand in my topic, it means on their terms... Ok. If you can not suspect how the sentences is linked,
then I suggest you take college ACT test. For me I took it 10 years ago. My record is online...

By the way your answer is so damned that you did not understand the whole sentences. They all agreed he commited a murder, but he used the one year one day murder rule. The person died of the careless accident he commited. He was drunk plus he was using illegal drugs.
