It will. I don't think it will be in our lifetime though. But that's okay, provided we are all determined to work towards it happening in our children's children's lifetime, inshaAllah.

That isn't always necessary. A country can still be rich but hold onto their traditional values.

I think Somalia will be a rich country one day, just not in my lifetime.

Give me examples.
All the oil countries don't count. They got their wealth through ''luck'' and not ingenuity.

Turkey and Malaysia are the closest thing to a semi-developed service based economy and they are rapidly secularizing.

If you want an example outside the Western world, there are South Korea and Japan. Neither of the two care much about religion.

Well considering that Somalia has everything required to become a rich country, Yes. Somalia will become a rich country as soon as peace returns iA.

Except the people. People are the most important ingredient to building a successful country. Just ask all those small, resource-poor East Asian countries.

No offence but it's not even a competition. Gulf Arabs may be useless, but they have good rulers who built them this

It's White people and South Asians that engineered and built most of the Gulf states. Arabs didn't do shit but just win the Jurassic lottery. They are the last people one should look at on how to run a country.

You think there aren't any Arab engineering firms lol. Most iconic works are left to foreign engineers that I can agree with.
