Are you talking about the anoor mosque saga?. Abu darnel is called emir khalid. He converted to Islam many years back. Him and the assassinated iman started the anoor mosque project. They had a dispute over money.the Syrian imam was expelled from the mosque. He took the matter to the courts. News coming out of the rumour mills say He has recently won the case in the courts. Emir khalid aka Abu Darnell was set to lose his house and the running of the anoor mosque. He hired a relative thug and murdered the imam.

abu Darnell is in the cells charged with the imams murder and also for the for possessingof a fire arm and ammunitions without lience. Wether these were found in the mosque where heavy police and forensic officers were busy searching and confiscating anything of interest in the past two weeks or his house is unknown.

There is large Somali community in that area.they should start their own mosque.there will be the usual Somali squabbles, but it is better than emir Abu darnell sagas.
