I support the extension. Even though Kul is useless, that's the best SL has. The other two parties are no better than Snet trolls. Just coz the white man set the date and asked you to hold regular elections as a key step to reviving his legacy ("British Somaliland was democratic"), it doesn't mean it has to happen by all means.

Why do we need 1 year and half more ? If its the budget share of the EU/US then we are stupid to rely on the west. We should condemn the west unanimously instead of calling nationwide protest against our armed forces who have nothing but live ammunition. Our people don't know how to protest especially burao, and our forces can't entertain them because they are not equipped to deal with demonstrations. I am 100% sure some people will die or get injured tomorrow. As a citizens I am suggesting that we should
1. Adopt parliamentarian system to minimise election/s cost and puplic involvement of the beef between the national politicians.
2. The government must create new police unit equipped and trained to deal with public demonstrations.
3. We should suspend western funding of our elections. They are responsible most of any political problems in our country.

Government: When you have had 5 years to prepare for the election and it does not happen on time then no excuse is sufficient for your failure.

Kulmiye: it is common knowledge that the extension is the Brian child of Muuse Bixi and the other party leadership. They would rather give Silanyo an extension of two years and then run themselves than wait through another 5 year Silanyo term.

Wadani: Cirro is either a complete political novice who doesn't have a clue or he also did not want elections to happen. Some say he would rather run against Muuse than Silanyo and thus does not mind an extension. He then agrees with the others on Nov 2016 and then with 12 hours breaks this agreement and calls for demonstrations like that will accomplish anything.

Ucid: A political party that has a puppet for a candidate. On the same day Faysal agrees with the others on nov 2016, Jamal comes out saying "we will not accept anything other Jun 2016". He is nowhere to be seen.

My conclusion is that no one actually wanted these elections to happen on time.
