A five bedroom house in Beled Xaawo is in the region of 50,000-100,000 USD. If you want several floors, the cost goes up even more.

I remember when it was possible to build four bedrooms with just 25k ten years ago. As the electricity and water companies expand, Gedo will become even nicer to live in.

The main issue we have is Midgaan clans being mistreated and fighting for inclusion. Most of the insecurity came from this division and as more people buy land and provide jobs, the fewer these clashes we'll see insha Allah.
