They are getting it because Somali case is being abused due to the long absence of the lack of effective central government. In DJibouti and Eritrea, they can issue documents that people can come with them and show it to the Government of Canada when applying for asylum. In the Somali case, after the government fell, there was no reliable entity to issue documents, and therefore, the entire Africa and Middle East could come to the Canadian border and claim to be Somali. There were cases of Nigerian drug traffickers who got asylum in Canada because they claimed to be Somalis. There was no need for translation because they could speak English fluently and manage their accent as well. Due to the resources that were available to them, they hired topnotch lawyers, and got their asylum. After they were caught later on drug trafficking charges and their cases submitted to INTERPOL, that is how their history exposed.

the eu and the uk home office have stopped receiving the eritrean refugees who mainly complain about the national service in their country after they sent a fact finding hearing to asmara

many of them are ethiopians tho

djiboutians claim asylum in the eu after they obtain a visa as delegation-sports and other stuff-

some claim political asylum

not that much in the eu unless they pretend to be from xamar
