I parked my car on a fire lane just cus it's closer to my door, I honestly didn't feel like doing the walking. Few hours later I looked outside the window and saw a tow truck pulling up getting ready to lift my car.

Grabbed my keys and darted out with usain bolt speed. I made it in seconds before he did and dude was legit pissed off. The tow company is located about 40 minutes from here. Lol

Him: "You going run to get ur schit now huh"

Me: "Hell eff-ing yeah, this is a cat and mouse game breh, now back off and let me pass.

He was so red in the face

And it didn't help I had this face on while looking at him


Im pretty sure my car is his number one priority now, his gonna wait till the storm passes and I mess up. Smh

Do you guys know that tow companies have no right to detain your car unless it was a repo, involved in crime, etc.? You can go to the lot take and ask them to release it without any upfront payment. They will try to resist it but you can call the cops on them. They'll have to release the car but expect a bill in the mail. U still need to pay before it affects your credit score.

If you think it was towed illegaly, take them and whoever authorized them to do so to court.
