Between my junior and senior year in high school, I rented a one-bedroom apartment around White Flint stop of DC Metro for $1,050.00/month. Shitty place had no amenities but close to the Metro and advantageous location to jobs.

It's ridiculous considering minimum wages in some of these states is less than $10. Smh
