So this girl walks to me and goes " i hate your people" , they are evil this and that of course jokingly since i know her for a while. After I asked her to explain what happened, she tells me how "one of my people" is a manager and hired "his cousin" even though she's "more educated and more qualified for the job" than the girl he hired.

Is this possible in the west?

I got a job because of my qabiil once. It was a contract to work for an NGO in Somalia for a year. The human resources guy was from my sub-clan. I kid you not.

Of course a skinny would give a job to his tol over someone else. It happens here in the west as well as in Somalia. If I was a manger and a Hutu, Idoor and someone from the blessed beesha comes to work for me I'd give the position to the person from my beesh 10 out of 10 kkkk.

It's impossible to know someone's qabiil if the person doesn't have a strong accent and doesn't disclose it. So, it rarely happens when the individuals don't know each other.
