What do u know of the Voting Population in The Regions ?
Re: Some statistics
Rooble,
I don't know anything about that and to be frank I'm not into SL habaro voting BS. The figures are habarley (politically) manipulated.
Something I'm interested is number of housing, hotels, public toilets, public buses, etc, in Hargeisa, Borama, Burao...
These numbers can help us make plans for the future or make educated decisions.
I'm big supporter of numbers.

Jalaaludin that's how it is bro. Our peope only see negative in everything no matter what it is or who is behind. So I don't take them serious. I know they lacking emotional intelligence.
To see the goodness inside your home, you have to step out and also try to see the exterior. If you can get bird's eye view even better.
Isaaq uun ku dhex jir is equivalent to; nin dar ku jira and you know what our wise sugaan said: nin dar ku jira daruur ma arke ilen xalay robku wu da'ay.
On Snet there's a lot of intelligent Landers including Khalid, Xiis, Samatar, yourself, Hoobariiska, LJ, Ramzy and even theYuusuf even though he wears his heart on his sleeves.
They are harmless to our inner circles and see the bigger pic in their own ways.
Hadi adhi adhiga uun lagu dhex hayo sida cowsla loo cuno uun bu garan lakiin hadi riiyo lagu daro laga yabe inay arkan sida laba danbe lagu istago oo ged calen laga so jarto.
Marka it's important to remain open minded and always have the intention maxan ka so arki kara, maxu si iga duwan uu sameya, maxan wadaagna. Our people only see "us" vs them in everything, fear and "what did my tuulo get". For instance they will ask what did Ethiopia do for Hawd as if Silanyo did something for Isaxaaq, Cidagale or even his sub. Just because Silanyo achieved zero in Sabawanaag is no reason to become another Khaatumo-styled rebel. The same rule applies to any nationhood. You youself have to take personal responsibility first then engage with the government and ask for needed attention.

Re: Some statistics
In 2013 Central Statistics Department (CSD) of Somaliland Ministry of Planning and Development has been engaged in delivering the following:
(i) Institutional reform and organizational change of the Central Statistics Department of
the Somaliland Ministry of Planning and Development,
(ii) Staff short and long-term training,
(iii) Upgrading of existing network through supply and installation of server based network.
The Project was intended to span 2013-2017.
Considering the Ankara Communiqué 13 April 2013:
Point 4. Agreed to encourage and facilitate International aid and development provided to Somaliland. I am guessing this project came off the back of that agreement.
I cannot comment on the interaction between SFG and Somaliland's ministry of planning however this is the same ministry that caused Census data collected in Somaliland to reach the hands of SFG minster of planning. Well it was said the UNFPA stole the data and gave it to SFG.
You'd be surprised how much of the statistical data being gathered is undertaken by UN-spies and Kenyan-Mercs for hire.
Then you will hear some Politician wannabe crying it got violated.
Duh!
