Apparently Somalis first started to dye beards and hair at the time of the conquests of Habashland. It was used as a weapon... The Somalis would dye their hair and beards to seem strange beings so that their Habasha enemies be scared shitless. It proved very successful tactics as Somalis conquered upto Auxim. Ever since then the dying of beards became fashionable and noble thing to do amongst the Grey and greying folk throughout the land.

Dying beard and hair is sunnah...but I've never seen eyebrows being dyed :shock:
