this process conserns about federal somalia and SL is out of the equation until there be a settlement

unionists r partaking it for political legitimacy, means one legitimacy that represents somalia and the somali people since SL is unrecognized internationally.

Personally I believe that qaldaans have issues and r demographically different than the rest so I advocate for SL having its own govt like zinjibar and kurdistan with ceremonial staff in the south
