Black flight(gentrification,the process of the afluent displacing the poor)is the opposite of white flight (folks of Caucasian descent moving out of majority ethnic areas).it is happening in Hackney as well.

Yh it's happening at alarming rates in North London, places like Islington and Hackney are hard hit. Better buy your houses before the process really takes off, my ex misses parents house is now worth upwards of 2mil.
