If the voter registration is not technologically Sophisticated Some people will definitely try to double vote. and that may cause Some clashes between banadir Clans. Direct one man one vote election is not good thing if you are not well prepared to control fraudsters.

Double voting and fraud are not unique to the South after all we all know the Vote drama that happened in Somaliland and before you come acting crazy, Somaliland,Somalia and Puntland election are all paid for by UNDP LOL

Am sure ur quite familiar that pay 5 years everyone in Banaadir is being required to have a national ID which is not cheap either so there will be a lot of people disfranchised but most likely we will not be able to reach a lot of them as IDP are moving around a lot. Once I get all the details and plan I will be glad to keep you all posted.

what's there to prevent abgaals from asking all the abgaals who live outside xamar in far away tuulos from coming to xamar just to cast a vote? and how about HG who will use their al-kabab relatives to create terror in abgaals neighborhoods to reduce abgaal voter turnout? hutus and voting don't go together.
