Xinow not a hope sounds true. i knew similar cases carried out by alpha....US pays them so they act as independent institution....once the US was lobbying for estalishing strong independent military institution that runs the order across the country modeled after egypt until there be strong somali govt....this does not mean that they r not under the govts control but having US connections...another example is how they hijacked hassan dahir from the airport despite these arrangements between indhacade and the govt
