EU Abandons Somaliland

Who can remember the EU building in hargeysa ,they have decided to relocate their main office into newly under construction compound in mogadishu where all EU work will be directed from.it is not only the EU,the UN also is building a compound in Mogadishu to relocate from Nairobi-this is a good positive step but what does it mean for sl.it is the final coffin
