This is my prediction for 2016 and beyond:

-HSM would remain Somalia's president either through 2yr extension or Elected for another 4yr term.

-As usual, the Dhabayacos would throw a fit, but the show would continue.

-The Somali federal constitutional would remain as its, with the 4.5 system until a new system to replace it is found.

-New Prime minister would goto Marexaan or Ogaden.

-Ahmed Madoobe would remain Jubbaland president.

-The Qaldaans up north would continue to karbaash Dhulos and Warsangelis.

-Galmudug would strengthen its institutions and work on state building.

-South West state (Koonfur Galbeed) would re-elect Sakiin.


These are my predictions for sanadka cusub akhyaareey.

What about Hiiraan and Shabelle State?

Sorry, i missed those states. Yea, Hiran + Shabelle state would become a reality in 2016.

Truth be told, one thing i am really looking forward to is, when HSM makes his official state visit to the US or Canada.....and all the Daroods come out to demonstrate against him.

And thats why Federalism works.....everyone governs their own region and we all just share the name Somali and get along with each other.

Just like in the US, there are thousands of different Qabiils and they all don't like each other, but they tolerate and get along with each other.

The president is just a figure head, the real power and quwad lies with the system, states and political action groups.

That has nothing to do with Guleed he can't go there because of the ethiopians support for Ahlu sunnah, they have troops stationed there, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, we had foreseen this situation and urged him not to name dhuusamareeb as the capital before the formation of the conference, the problem with HSM is his naivety, I blame nobody but Guleed for this, he knew in advance he was the DJ candidate, he should have rejected dhuusamareeb as capital knowing full well Ethiopian backed groups will be used to sabotage the whole thing.

If the Ethiopians left, they wouldn't even put up a fight and scatter, suufi's are the biggest cowards when it comes to combat, ina afweyne pirate chased them away not long ago.
