I visited Gotherburg, in Sweden, around three years ago. I went out one late night to this shopping mall called Brunssparken, which is in the centre of town. It was around 10pm, outside there were bunch of Arab guys, I think they were mostly taxi drivers and a couple who worked in a local Arab take away. It was a weekend, so there were a lot of beautiful tipsy Swedish women walking passed, and the cat calling from these guys was horrendous. Whistling, shouting, some of them shouted in English, clearly not speaking any Swedish. Some of the women were followed and grabbed. These are guys 40+. In london, it's just as bad. If you go central london on a weekend, and the clubs are still open, all you'll see is gangs of somalis, kurds, albanians, outside waiting for the girls to come out the club to harrass them.
