Greater Somalia

Post by Renis »

The concept is rubbish..... :-@

Daroods are only embarrassing themselves, as SL, Djibouti, and Ogaden would rather join SouthSudan than Join/continue to be with South Somalia.

I'm a lander but tbh in the next 5-10 years after Somalia deals with al-kabab and gets the AU & all other foreign occupiers out I would love To see 1 Somali country where EVERY tribe has equal representation in government.

Before we entertain so lofty notion as greater Somalia, lets first clean the mess that has been plaguing Somalia proper for the better part of quarter a century now.

Greater Somalia was coined by Mussolini and it was part of his plan to incorporate all Somali speaking territories into his 'empire' in the Horn of Africa. His attack on Somaliland was repelled and he was defeated in Ethiopia after 7 years of occupation. Today it's only the illegitimate sons and daughters of Mussolini (Walaweyn) that promote 'Somaliweyn'.

Slaves fooqal slaves..

Don't bet on it sxb. It's not meant to be. Somalia is firmly in the hands of foreigners even more so than Somaliland.
