In 1991, Habaryoonis headed the first SL government and by any measure the first government was the most technocratic and educated government Somaliland ever had.

The Maryo-allolism derailed what could have become the best start of any new nation. With Maryo-allolism returning the people back to the stone ages of Habr vs Habr, Somaliland's quest for recognition and prosperity was sacrificed.

Now, 2017 - 2023 will see the return of the promised Somaliland. Oodweine Oil fields will be spud. Berbera Port will be leased. And best of all Habaryoonis will lead the nation again.

It will end up with blind people voting based on on clan lines and not their policies
