hargeisa easily has 1 million plus people, bosaso is correct (due to recent influx), so is galkayo,

i want puntland to have a small mangeable population,

the southern cities figures are inncorect and are most likly higher

it never ceases to amaze me, the amount the times some other somali will blame mj, i wont be suprised if they start blaming mj, for the lack of rain in somaliland too or when a football team loses..

Not even close.

Las Anod is not bigger than Baidao let alone Kismayo.

Bosaaso is probably in the 400k while Hrg is in the 800k. Mog is no bigger than 1.2m

These numbers are based on bogus numbers google obtained and there should be quotation of the corrupt sources.

Somali towns are tiny.

I can encircle Hargeisa within 40 minutes--full 360 degrees with an SUV.

lol, if we were as good as nation-building as we are marketing, then maybe we could have build the first african dubai...

its not only us, ive seen countless somalilanders, claiming somaliland is somewhow a first world country

anyway no somali should really market, when as a whole we are poor, its best we built our mini states. without the useless "lets attack garowe" or "lets attack those idoors" etc etc

Mogadishu cannot have more population than Kampala or Daresalam nor can it have a close population to Nairobi.

If those population figures are accurate (not) it means that the whole population is just over 6 million + some baadiye dwellers all in all perhaps 7 million is what the figures suggets to be living in whole of Somalia.
