Re: i Was wondering where the word "tuko"
The bird is Tuke not tuko and it's a crow or maybe raven in Eng.What do you mean by "warts" btw
Re: i Was wondering where the word "tuko"
The bird is Tuke A masculine word while Tuko is feminine word. They are not the same at all.
Re: i Was wondering where the word "tuko"
Tuko= telling someone to pray, feminine ka iyo waxad ka shekaynaysa xay tahay xunyow, jkz
Also, walagu tukaday is an slang term for being killed/dead; literally salatul jannaza, but it's used as a humorous way!
Ma tukatay =did u pray!

Re: i Was wondering where the word "tuko"
how about Gar-waaqso, or weligay iyo waaqay waxaas maan arag , most likely a remenant from the old Waaqist religion.
