Diinta islamka maxeey ka qabtaa shekh leh i have been blessed with dreams of not only about him, but about others in his xir. For instance, if a couple are about to get married, they wait and see what this shiekh saw in his dream about whether or not the two are compatible; therefore, people all put there eggs in this shiekh's basket.

That's straight up shirk mate, they are associating partners with Ilaahey meaning there's nothing in their shahada. Where's the Oneness of Allah SWT?
Only Allah SWT knows the unseen and He alone knows what's khair or shar for us. So whenever there's a conflict in your mind pray salaatul Istakarah and He will show you guidance IA.
Them so called "Sheikhs" who see things in their dream that are good or bad for someone else are frauds and they work with the jins.

Mujahid,
These are whole village of people that respect the sheikh and enlisted their children to be part of his duugsi. Some are coming from the west

Check with the learned Islamic scholars in your area. I am sure there are many.
To address the question, that is shirk as only Allah knows what future holds. New married Muslim couples should put their faith in Allah, and forget about having such worries.
p.s. I am not waddaad, as that requires clear knowledge in the deen, especially fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) knowledge, and that is why I recommended going to learned Islamic scholars in the four Islamic school of thoughts (madhabs) in Sunni Islam.

That's straight up sixir. He is not a sheikh he's a con fortune teller.
Stay away from him, there are plenty of other sheikhs. Also do you know going to a fortune teller is haram.
Ar Ka carar ninka yuu ku sixirin. Dib na ha u soo eegin sheikh maaha waa shaytaan.
This could be a test from Allah swt.
