I suffered from serious Pneumonia in 2011 but nothing serious since then.

Alxamdlilah

Alhamdulilah I have never been ill......at all.
I catch colds/coughs etc but the symptoms are so mild they're insignificant.
Headaches never.....the only time I feel unwell is due to food poisoning or muscle strains.

I once fell victim to Acquired Hawiye deficiency syndrome and felt seriously ill until i had to have quraan saar by hawist witch dotors.

that is serious problem it is when you shun your tol.

Alhamdulillah I never been seriously ill. If you live a healthy lifestyle, practice good hygiene and you not a weak individual you don't catch silly things like pneumonia.

Apart from the flu, there is no serious illness i can recount of . I had accidents tho (not car accidents)

Bad flu in Dec. 2011

Terrible food poisoning in Dec. 2014

Bad flu back in February this year

I had pneumonia back in 2000

Moderate Tonsillitis back in 2012 & severe one in 2008.
Now whenever I even sense throat sore I rush to loqloq with warm water & salt.

Flue once a year, this year was the worst.
