impossible, even Nairobi doesnt have a citywide proper sewer system, let alone a stateless Somali tuulo! Infact if any Somali Magaalo in Somalia proper is to get such a world class infrastructure, it will be Hargaysa! We know, who is a pioneer in Somalia
