The Kulmiye administration was intend on hiding, concealment and to some extend, dangerously manipulated the members of parliament in every-way possible.

Nonetheless the bill had gone through with majority vote, but to what cost!

Silaanyo adm is the most democratic, had this been in Riyoole or Egal days, it would been sorted out with a " presidential decree" The fact that it was handled by ministers for negotiations, presented to parliament for ratification is historic.

lool@most democractic.

check the last human rights report about SL and u will know if u can even use the term democratic or not. the highest numbers of civilian and media staff detainees in all SL history, sky high level of corruption and nepotism ....i remember we even lost some points on the last world countries freedom map.

thinking like '' presented to parliament for ratification is historic'' is the one who create dectatorship, and the basic duties of any public servent is looked as a honorable and historic grant from him/her thats the day you kiss ur ''most democractic'' word a goodbye....its just africa after all money talks louder than anything....ask xil NacNac who already knew and probably witnessed the payment or promises to remain as xil in the next parliamentary elections, how he knew it will be 80% majority vote...then u will understand if its ''most democratic '' or not.

waar ninyahow ,i was happy and in fact supporting kulmiye at the beginning but when i saw how they manipulate the outdated dastuur and parliment to pass their agendas,i knew they r no different than the dissolved udub party....so why would any sane person blindly support the party or any other just his/her subclan is part of that alliance that make up the concerned party..!!.

Btw,I dont know who is he except that he is SL soldier.

   nicca i dont give a damn about a freedom map, of course we have our issues, but there is no connection between economic growth and "western democracy" in fact I welcome a little authatarian rulership, somalis are idiots and if you are gonna listen every single nacas we would not get anything done.
