I didn't think it was possible to love Mo Farah

Post by Inaayah »

Any more than I already did but I just watched a 1 hr special documentary on BBC iplayer called "The race of his life"

In the very first clip you see a young Mo Farah, no older than 14-15 yrs old and he's just won The English Schools Cross Country championship and some guy is asking him what his ambitions are, and the guy says to Mo "The olypmics? 10,000? I can see a star one day" and Mo's just a little shy boy

And today, we all see that star MashAllah.

He trains soooooooooooo hard and he's making history, Ilaahey waxaan u waydiiyay all the success in the world.

Amin amin

Can't wait for his next race, InshAllah another gold.

We all have the ability to be great at something, and we can all live fulfilling lives. I recognise that you see him as a beacon of hope, and I think many do.

But there are many inspirational things out their in the world, just have to open your eyes to them.

I wonder if you would've loved him this much if he was Hawiye or Rahanweyne

He works very hard day and night! He sacrifices so much time away from his love ones to accomplish his goals. He trains with the best in Africa and here in the NorthWest of America. Mo has been running since 2000, that's 16 years of dedication.

Then u have people online claiming his accomplishment like it was just handed to him because of his tribe or birth city

Lol Advo wallahi it baffles me.

Maybe some of these people need to watch "The race of his life" to actually see and appreciate how much blood, sweat and tears that goes into his training
