They has not started digging, because there are few paper works that need to be signed.
They are looking to dig oil in togdheer.

The service companies have collected good amount of info from exploration. SL has huge hydrocarbon potential, it's one of the few places in the world that still have oil seeps(oodweyne block). I have great hope in SL

Dont raise ur hopes high, whatever oil exports SL do, DP World will take 65% of it, and that is ofcourse from whatever % remain to us after the oil companies take their share from the exports before it reaches berbera port.
