There are oil companies in the country as we speak.
They has not started digging, because there are few paper works that need to be signed.
They are looking to dig oil in togdheer.

The service companies have collected good amount of info from exploration. SL has huge hydrocarbon potential, it's one of the few places in the world that still have oil seeps(oodweyne block). I have great hope in SL :wow:

Waste of money. Hargeisa could have used that money for things that actually matter such as road pavements and water.

Dont raise ur hopes high, whatever oil exports SL do, DP World will take 65% of it, and that is ofcourse from whatever % remain to us after the oil companies take their share from the exports before it reaches berbera port. :meles:

It is a decent looking building but this so called ministry is non-existent.

Not sure where they got the funds from.

I am sure they bring in $0 apart from the small "power" taxation and the country has no water.

Abdi Duale is a professional but he is clueless like Jamal Ali when it comes to locals and local politics. He can't even speak Somali.

If you can't drill oil, at least drill for water. Do something at least instead of wearing suit from LA 24/7 especially when your so called ministry has zero revenue.

The ministry sourced this money from the oil companies entirely, so kudos to the minister at least he built this building without breaking our bank.
