Can you Die In Your Own Dream???

I mean every time I dream about a situation where I'm facing my demise I wake up just at the pivotal moment and i never manage to find out whether I have died or survived in the dreams.

Do you ever experienced such a dream?

if you die in your dream you will suffer from shock or even heart attack.
some psychologist even say "if you die in your dream, you will not wake up, meaning you will die"

I dnt know if I tell this dream but I am going to ... One night I woke up while I was dying!! My mouth was wide open and I was trying to say shahada my index was up but I couldn't say it, bcz I was out of breath :ohhh:

didn't sleep the rest of the night lol.

I have realized I was dreaming in my dreams many times, specially during a Mexican stand off

I knew I wasn't gonna die so I started shooting back like a movie star.

I loved it but the dream was cut short my a strong urge to pee smh

Thats bullshit, ive died countless times in my dreams,
ive even dreamed , inside a dream that i was killed, woke up and realised i was still dreaming.
