Gaalkacyo needs to be Fully controlled by Puntland or Galmudug.

I have never seen Puntland declaring war on another region. seems like they're pretty serious with this one. Galmudug Will be defeated coz they can't match Puntland when it comes to Man Power, Weapons and Ca$h.

I support Puntland on this one because Galmudug declared war first and Puntland has more claims to galkacyo than galmudug does. Puntlands army is better equipped and trained but Galmudug has bigger manpower so who knows
