Cabudwaaq officially part of Ethiopia? All the border wars was to take towns including major city like Cabudwaaq from Somalia

that is because the Jeberti towns choose to be Ethiopian slave for their own protection. This is good for the future southern Somalia later times Jeberti will become Slave and Second class citizens under different countries including Somaliland

People who live inside Cabudwaaq chose to be under Ethiopian they have nothing to do with the Galmudug you talking about, they said it loud and clear.
Liyuu and Ethiopian army are both stationed in and around the city check ina Calasow site he posted months ago . Somali government officials who visited the town get permission and guidance from Ethiopia even the Galmudug you talk about.
