why do we gain weight so awkwardly :-O no one ever really looks good fat but we look almost deformed when it happens :lol:

The solution is simple we need exercise and doing regular activity. We Somali's like sitting down in cafes chilling for a long time without lifting a finger at home, letting the women and kids do the chores.
