I think they should introduce ID badges, strict check-points, curfews, surveillance equipment and cameras around Hotels, restaurants and government/public buildings. Nobody should be in Mogadishu unless they are there for business or administration.

That takes a proper governance that ensures proper use of the money on where it counts.

Security is pretty tight tbh. Al shabab rarely hits it's target it is impossible because of the high security.

it is utter failure of the law enforcement agencies but hey,suicide bombing is hard to prevent,piss on the suicide bomber and his ancestors.the gov should be very strict lenient to secure the port and airport because of their strategic importance.
